IPR students: Is this video - which uses Lorde's Royals, presumably without permission - copyright infringement? What happens if YouTube gets a takeown notice from Universal Music NZ Ltd. under the DMCA? How does that system treat parodies? Is this "theft" and "piracy" or a legal fair use?
