According to her blog, Allison Dufty is NOT the voice of Siri.
But, at around 3:35 in the video above, you can watch how a gifted professional works to create the audio track that will become the voice of a machine.
UPDATE: October 5th, 2013 In an interview with CNN, Susan Bennett reveals that she is the voice of Siri.
