Game Salad: Game Creation for People Who Don't Speak Code

On April 27th, 2012 Business Insider published an interview with Steve Felter, CEO of GameSalad, a game creation platform that uses a visual-based system that requires no coding experience.

"Instead of using complicated programming languages, you can build a game within GameSalad using a bunch of pictures and flow charts that describe what you want to do with the app."

Does it work? Last year, a little more than 15 percent of games in the iOS App Store were built using GameSalad.

How does it work? GameSalad uses a visual, drag & drop interface. It is free to download and use, with extra monetization features available if you're willing to pay.
