Michel Reilhac, the Executive Director of ARTE France Cinéma, may overstate things a bit in his Oct. 2011 Power to the Pixel talk (there is reason to believe that the legend of people running from the theater in a panic when the Lumieres first projected a motion picture of a train arriving in a station is just that, a legend). But Reilhac's insights into the pioneering work being done into the new language of transmedia storytelling are still intriguing.
