Miguel Duran & Violeta Reina Duran are self-described nerd filmmakers. Their efforts to move from their low-fi sci-fi web series to a feature film - not letting an initially unsuccessful crowd funding campaign stop them - is truly inspiring.

I love their attitude and I stand prepared to do what I can to help them succeed: I think this Film Courage interview - is better than 99% of the advice given by insiders. Even though their Nov, 2012 Kickstarter campaign fell short, Miguel and Violetta represent what I love about the New World of indie film.
