On Wed. June 8th, 2011, Film Threat held an online panel (via Twitter) with Melanie Miller of Gravitas and Matt Dentler of Cinetic answering your questions about cable, satellite and telco VOD. The transcript of that conversation might help answer some filmmaker questions about 1) getting a film on VOD and 2) why the VOD providers won't generally take content from individual filmmakers but instead work with trusted companies for content.
