Jedi Mind Trick Fails: George Lucas Is Suing

According to an August 23rd, 2010 Hollywood Reporter blogpost, the makers of a device that allows users to control objects with their minds have been sued for trademark infringement by George Lucas' company - because they have used the term "Jedi" (which Lucas Films say they own) to describe their software and apparatus.
