Fair Use? Real World?

The Global Creative Group ("GCG") has filed a lawsuit against the producers of MTV's The Real World - claiming copyright infringement because GCG "shadow dancers" appeared in the background as Real World cast members were taped in bars in New Orleans in 2010.
